JICA Afghanistan Office is seeking Program Officer in Agriculture and Rural Development candidates whose qualification recruitments are explained as follows:
ï¬ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Agriculture/Rural Development or other relevant fields
ï¬ Excellent command of English and Dari (written and spoken)
ï¬ High computer skills of office computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.
ï¬ More than 5 years work experience in relevant sectors

Note, only short-listed candidates will be notified. The Written Examination Some short-listed candidates are notified and requested to come to the office to take a written examination. The exam will be scheduled tentatively on 21st of September, 2011. The candidates are required to bring following documents; * Copy of all pages of National ID (Tazkera No) * Copy of Passport (Photo page) (if yes) Note, the documents submitted will NOT be given back to the applicants but kept and processed confidentially The Second Notification of Second Short-Listed Candidates By around 28th of September, 2011, JICA will notify some second short-listed candidates of his/her success. Note, only short-listed candidates will be notified. Interview Some short-listed candidates are notified and requested to come to JICA Afghanistan Office to have an interview in English. The interview will be scheduled tentatively on beginning of October, 2011. The candidates are required to bring Recommendation Letter from Community Elder. Note, the documents submitted will NOT be given back to the applicants but kept and processed confidentially Final Notification By around middle of October, 2011, JICA will notify the final successful candidate and enter negotiation with the candidate.
