Tetra Tech ARD-DPK-RLS-Formal, Multi Location
The Program Officer in the Court Management Unit will report to the Senior Court Management Advisor or his/her designee and will carry out duties designed to meet the objectives of the Program.
Provide operational support to the CMU Kabul headquarters and Supreme Court embedded staffs, and act as a liaison to regional office staffs on operational matters, including assisting in preparing and processing travel advances and claims, Scopes of Work (SOWs), purchase orders, etc.
Serve as point of contact for CMU to RLS-Formal Operations Department.
Assist CMU Inspections Advisor in supporting Supreme Court Inspections Department, including maintaining contact information for SC Inspections Department and DPK Travel and Finance department.
Assist CMU Advisors in providing logistical support to all short-term technical assistance advisors (STTAs)
Assist in providing administrative services to support conferences, trainings, meetings and programs.
Assist in data collection and data entry in support of internal and external reporting requirements.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, and performance-based management system (PBMS) reports.
Assist in production of consultant reports and other project deliverables.
Assist in the preparation of project correspondence and program materials.
Assist in production of draft USAID project snapshots for DPK home office review
Promptly and fully report and document all work activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management team and direct supervisor
High School graduation required; two-year or four year college degree desirable.
Prior experience in an equivalent or substantially similar position in justice system agency, NGO, international organization or USAID-funded project preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively and supportively with others. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and willingness to travel to the provinces and work irregular hours as required to complete program assignments.
