About RIWPS

Job Summary

The incumbent of the position should perform and take responsibility for the management of the Program, ensuring that it is of the highest quality and is implemented in accordance with RIWPS policies and procedures. To keep the Program Director inform of program progress and issues of significance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Participate in long- and short-term program development and planning.

Develop and effectively manage program timelines to ensure timely completion of program deliverables.

Monitor program activities to ensure quality and accuracy of RIWPS work outcomes.

Facilitate small- and large-group meetings and trainings.

Provide technical assistance to partner organizations.

Develop publications, grant applications, and reports through collaborative writing and editing.

Manage relationships with partners

To be responsible to develop and manages project status reports.

Develop reports in Dari / English.

To draft and finalize required RIWPS monthly, quarterly and project reports and other reports as required from time to time.

Have the ability to develop concept and project proposal

To ensure that subordinates and project staffs perform tasks apply.

Job Requirements

Fluency in written and spoken English Dari and Pashtu Language.

Having degree in Social Science and having experience in Community development cycle is an advantage.

Having at least 3 years experience in related field.

Strong inter-personal skills including excellent communications skills, motivation and team work.


Computer literacy, Dari and good command of English Personal integrity, hard working, commitment, good team player, ability to work under stressful conditions, gender sensitive, excellent communicator, ability to manage conflicting, priorities in personal workload.
