Job Summary

Manage project team and work with consultants and other experts to assist Ganjina businesses to manage the shift from an exclusively local expatriate market to additional or alternative markets

Duties & Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Overall

Manage project team to achieve project targets in cost effective manner

Work with Director to develop and implement plans for sustainable systems that will allow Ganjina Associates to continue to access needed services after end of project

2. Business development

Carry out business analysis surveys for Ganjina Associates with recommendations and development of business plans

Work with Ganjina Associates to improve routines such as: stock, production and financial management

Work with consultants on business development to complement own skills as needed and agreed with Zardozi Director

3. Product Development

Analyse Ganjina Associates production processes and recommend improvements

Work with Ganjina Associates to agree on plans and processes for improvements and support Ganjina Associates to implement plans

Work with consultants as agreed with Zardozi Director to complement own skills with consultants and other experts

Work with consultants as agreed with Zardozi Director to source suppliers as agreed with Ganjjina Associates

4. Sales and Marketing

Support Ganjina Associates to develop marketing plans

Work with Ganjina Associates to identify target markets and to find ways to sell into those markets through the assistance of consultants, experts, trade fairs etc

Work with Ganjina Associates on preparation for trade fairs and other marketing events

Advise and facilitate on website development

Carry out market surveys and research with project team as needed

Job Requirements

At least Bachelors Degree
Management 2 years/Business 3 year
