Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager the project management trainer is responsible to conduct training on subjects related to project management, based on the approved curriculum and raining modules for target beneficiaries.

Duties & Responsibilities

Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments

Design training materials based on TNA results

Conduct orientation sessions

Conduct trainings in close coordination with project manager

Provide timely update on the attendance of the participants to the Project Manager

Evaluates training by evaluating effectiveness of training to specific job applications

Maintain all training records

Prepare training reports

Any other task as requested by the Project Manager

Job Requirements

Education:

University degree in business administration, project management or related field

Background in project management training/teachings

Experience

2 years-experience in training

Good interpersonal, organizational and communicational skills; personal commitment,
efficiency, flexibility

Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from different cultures and
professional backgrounds

Excellent computers skills in MS Word, Excel and particularly in Power Point

Excellent communication (presentation, listening and speaking) skills

Thorough knowledge of Pashto and Dari languages

Report writing skills

Ability to type in Pashto/Dari

Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by his/ her supervisor

Willing to travel to all targeted provinces
