The Afghanistan Resilience and Climate Initiative (ARCI) is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization licensed by the Ministry of Economy in Afghanistan. A dedicated Project Manager/Provincial Project Coordinator/District Team Leader is required to lead World Food Program (WFP) Food/Cash Distribution Projects. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong Managerial & leadership skills, local knowledge, and a deep understanding of the socio-economic context of eastern region.
The Project Manager will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of ARCI’s community-based projects. This role requires strategic planning, coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, and strong oversight to ensure the timely and quality delivery of program goals.

The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of projects, ensuring smooth implementation and strong coordination between the field and the central office.

The District Team Leader will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day field-level implementation of project activities, ensuring close coordination with community stakeholders and local authorities.
