We are looking for a proposal writer that has a proven track record in Renewable Energy. The candidate must have knowledge and working experiences in areas of Solar, Hydro and Wind. Working experience with various government ministries is a MUST as it will ensure that the candidate’s proven track record.
A Bachelors Degree in any relevant area with excellent English proficiency is a MUST.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Technical Proposal Writing.
The candidate must have knowledge and working experiences in areas of Solar, Hydro and Wind.
Excellent analytical skills and experience in preparing, editing and writing projects reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, final, and/or special reports for various stakeholders such as governmental ministries and International organizations.
Assertive, courteous personality with excellent organizational, planning and negotiation skills
Exceptional capability in reading and interpreting technical drawings relating to the project.
Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills; numerate and commercially aware.
Proven track record in writing technical proposals, designing layout and writing content in English, Dari, and preferably Pashto.
Excellent self-motivation skills, flexible attitude, and ability to work and make decisions independently and to cope with stressful situations; in addition, ability to diffuse conflict, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Creative skills and ability to work with limited resources.
Personal Computer-literate with good knowledge of word processing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and power point.
