As a member of the management team you will contribute to efficient implementation of programme activities in Kabul province according to the organization requirement and standards.
Implement the clinical and non-clinical activities according to programme plan provided by functional in charges.
Ensure all the MSIA medical guidelines are available in the clinics and the clinic team members pursue the standard medical protocols.
MSIA is result oriented organization, as a provincial coordinator you will be required to achieve the set target for every clinics.
Monitor clinics based on the standard check list as per the M&E schedule and provide accurate, written report to the related team members in the head office.
Provide on the job training where and when it is necessary
Coordinate procurement requirements of clinics with the procurement team
Work closely with BCC and Marketing team to increase the client numbers based on the service target
Collecting the Marketing and BCC referral reports from clinics and analyses the referral sources and help the Marketing and BCC team to include the opportunity areas in the marketing and BCC plan
Provide professional leadership to all the team members and help with the team building
Monitor the clinic staff attendance and leave according to Human Resource Guideline
Deal with any staff disciplinary issue such as miss behavior, theft, corruption and other related activities according MSIA human resource guideline and team agreement
Collect monthly reports from clinics and submit to the relevant team members
Collect monthly income and refund from clinics and deposit to bank
Attend regularly the monthly Provincial Health Coordination Committee meeting and any other meeting required by MSIA office.
Submitting HMIS report to Kabul Provincial Health Directorate (KPHD)
Coordination the EPI activities with the provincial EPI office
Conduct monthly briefing with MSIA clinics Kabul team
Perform any other tasks assigned by MSIA.
Graduated Medical Doctor from credible Medical Universities of Afghanistan
Minimum two years of Health Management work experience is required from a government or NGO’s organizations.
Administrative management and financial management knowledge and experience is highly desirable
Be able to travel outside the country for training
Line manage four clinic managers
Fluency of Dari, Pashto and English languages
Microsoft Office user
