Responsible for the entire QCS system.
Log in Daily Reports in QCS.
Log in Pay Requests in QCS.
Prepare construction submittals.
RFI’s.
Review provisions that have been made to provide required control inspection and testing.
Perform daily checks to assure control activities, including testing and compliance.
Conduct all completion inspections – punch out, pre-final and final acceptance.
Efficient management of project documents.
Check to assure all materials and equipment have been tested, submitted and approved.
Exam the work area to assure that all required preliminary work has been completed and is in compliance with contract.
Communicate and document deficiencies.
Conduct required meetings with all interested parties.
Ensure full compliance with contract requirements and resolve all differences.
Review specifications, design, and as-built drawings.
Inspect construction activities and establish testing requirements.
Document non-conforming items or conditions and ensure corrective measures have been implemented.
Substantiate the quality of materials and workmanship by testing and inspection.
Compare the site working progress with the working schedule and take the required action for the sites completion before deadline.
Ensure projects are completed to Clients standards.
Review all submittals to insure compliance with the plans and specifications.
Inspect all material delivered, at the time of receipt, to ensure compliance with submittals, specifications, plans and/or shop drawings.
Prepare reports such as Accident Prevention Plan (APP), Quality Control Plan, Environment Protection Plan (EPP), and other plans required.
Prepare construction schedule as necessary.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Must have at least 5 years experience.
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
Knowledge of design techniques tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
Knowledge of material ,methods and the tools involved in the constructions or repair or houses , buildings and other structures such as highways and roads .
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique production methods and coordination of people and resources.
Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be computer literate.
Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong leadership and team building skills.
Ability to work in harsh environments and under pressure.
