Job Summary
Queuing System Engineer with Qasaba Logistic Services
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage and Maintain the Installed Qmatic devices.
• Monitor the systems and respond all the incidents and solve the system.
• Provide remote assistance via Remote desktop and a Virtual Private Network.
• Check all the systems installed in Provinces, generate reports and provide health status of the system.
• Database and Reporting Servers Maintenance and has to generate customize report based on the company’s requirement.
• Add new features, new customer to the system based on specific conditions.
• Installation of Cables and Machines in the sites.
• Detect and replace all the spare parts of systems if it has/have the issue.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure
• Must provide trainings to the staff.
Job Requirements
Education:
· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Relevant fields.
Experience:
· At lease 2-3 years’ experience in maintain Qmatic Systems.
