Job Summary

• Broaden understanding of all the aspects of licensing procedures, documentation and to provide the best available information to our regional offices.
• Build a good communication between H.Q and Regional Offices

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing and co-coordinating documentation.
• Receive all documents from regional office.
• Reviews preliminary work and recommends or authorizes action(s).
• Reviews cases, applications, files, records, etc., to determine action to be taken.
• Preparing and forwarding the documents to relative departments and follow up all those.
• After completion of documents in H.Q send it back to relative branch offices.
• Informing the regional offices about any new issues to be taken by top management.
• Giving relevant information to Regional Offices.
• Provide legal and licensing information to the regional staffs.
• Assist the regional staffs about relevant issues regarding licensing and other legal matters.
• Informing Top Management about regional offices.
• Daily contact with all regional offices.
• Ensuring that all the licensing fees have been paid to the regional office account.
• Ensuring that a proper document has been received for the purpose of registration.
• Ensuring all the formalities have been fulfilled before registering any company.
•Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

University degree, from a recognized University, in Law, Business Management, Economics, Commerce or any other related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations and/or policies and procedures.
• Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism

• Good communication skills.
• Have a strong command of English language (both written and spoken), and local languages (Pashto and Dari)
• Having knowledge about companies’ law, Investment law and other related laws.
• Be competent in computer packages, i.e: Ms. Office (In particular, word processor and spread sheet).
• Be able to work under stress and meet deadlines
