The regional office Director under the direct supervision of Vice President Investment/Vice President Administration will represent AISA at regional level. He/ She is responsible for managing all the promotion, support, industrial park and licensing activities on regional level. Moreover, He / She must carry out all the supervisory activities of the office including the staff and any office related matter.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the regional office including the staff/office
• Overview of all the licensing documents.
• Liaise with the Government Institutes in facilitating the licensing procedures for the investors.
• Coordinate with Investment Promotion and Investor Support Department with regards to promotion activities and domestic and foreign support.
• Coordinate the industrial parks matters.
• Study the investment climate of the province and provide the information to the Research and Policy Department.
• Prepare the monthly progress report and submit it to the Research and Policy Department
• Prepare and control all the financial transactions of the regional office and submit the same to the Finance Department (Head office).
• Conducting and organizing all the provincial meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops on behalf of AISA in the respective regional office.
• Oversee the department activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities of the office including staff in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• University degree from a recognized University, in Law, Business Management, Economics, Commerce or any other related field with a minimum of five years of experience in the relevant field.

• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations and/or policies and procedures.
• Deals with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
