Job Summary

We need three registrars in three districts (Khulm, Kishem and Taluqan)

Duties & Responsibilities

Registration of Jobseekers, Entry of Data to Jobseeker Database, Interview with applicant, Determination of Placement date, Placement of Trainees in Companies and Providing update figures and lists of registration to Assistant Training Director and controlling with beneficiaries.
Informing trainees about the entire program like Job Placement, EPP, QTR and BSU etc.
Keeping proper records of the Trainees in the computer as well as hard copies.
Ensure that the Trainees approach the counseling team.
Any activity on request of the Country Director which guarantees a smooth workflow and operation of the AGEF activities.

Job Requirements

•At least Graduated from High School
•At least 2 years experience in relevent field
•Good oral, written, and comprehensive skills in English, Dari and Pashto
•Computer Skills, knowledge of using Office
