Job Summary

The Remote Team Assistant plays a vital role in managing and facilitating the efficient distribution of cash resources for a remote team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cash flow processes remotely. The ideal candidate will be adept at using financial software, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Note: The cash distribution remote team are responsible to work in all 34 provinces and district of Afghanistan

Duties & Responsibilities


1.      Arrange field level logistics for cash distribution in accordance with the instructions of the project team leader, quality assurance officer and IORG head.


2.      Ensure that cash distribution projects adhere to the bank’s policies, procedures, funding party polices and department instruction.


3.      Maintain regular communication with the bank’s agents, assisting in the preparation, transportation, and distribution of physical cash to beneficiaries.


4.      Establish consistent communication and follow-up with funding party implementing party (IPs) to facilitate necessary arrangements for planned cash distribution in targeted location.


5.      Monitor pre, during and post- cash distribution activities, coordinating with agents and funding party partners ensuring adherence to applicable procedures and providing timely reporting.


6.      Generate reports before, during and after cash distribution.


7.      Act in accordance with project specific requirements in targeted locations for cash distribution.


8.      Sorting and reconciling payment list with pay slips/tokens/ any other related document.

9.      Ensure proper beneficiary verification and distribution documentation completion to should not miss/ BNFs finger print in the list and pay slips, IP stamp and signature, CDC stamp/signature, phone number and bank stamp and signature in specified documents.

10.  Proper behavior should be done with beneficiaries and Proper notes should be given to the beneficiaries.

11.  Report of each error, omission, fraud, discrepancy and incidents occurs during distribution process which breaches bank policy, procedure and place our contract with funding parties in danger, in timely bases.

Handle any other responsibilities assigned by the line Manager and project Team Leader

1.     High School is a must but bachelor degree in BBA, LLB, Social Science or other relevant fields will be preferred.

2.     Strong communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto both verbal and non-verbal.

3.     Proficient in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office package.

4.     Demonstrate strong interpersonal and professional behavior with a proven record of personal and professional achievements
