Job Summary
To act as a focal point of SIM box control and coordination with the operators.
Duties & Responsibilities
Detect and report the on-net sim boxes.
Block On-net sim box MSIISDNs
Coordinate with Interconnect partners for effective control of grey traffic.
Daily reporting of the sim boxes.
Notify off-net grey traffic MSISDNs to the partners.
Reconnect the MSISDNs after due feedback from CC.
Coordination with IT on sim box related matters.
