Overall supervision/monitoring and management of CME(Community Midwifary education) and CHNEP(Community health nursing education program) projects and Reproductive health section of all BPHS projects. (Collect, organize record, compile, analyze, reports and provision of feedback
Responsible for CME and CHNEP projects and RH departments of BPHS related project reports (collecting, analysis and provision of feedbacks).
Responsible for preparing and f/up of monthly and quarterly reports CME and CHNEP projects to Grant and MoPH.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reports of related sections of Grant management department.
Ensure the standard services provision of all CME/CHNEP and RH section of BPHS projects.
Provide technical support to CME,CHNEP and RH section of BPHS projects.
Maintain good spirit of coordination between stack holders in CME ,CHNEP,and BPHS projects.
Attend all coordination meeting in relation of CME,CHNEP and RH section of BPHS projects with related organizations.
Ensure complete recording and procedure of organization are maintained and followed up at central and provincial level.
Responsible for collecting, analysis and provision of feedbacks to CME,CHNEP and RH departments of all BPHS projects.
Responsible for collecting RH database reports in proper manner from all projects.
Establish and maintain CME, CHNEP and RH databases.
Ensure that organization’s CME,CHNEP course coordinators and RH officers of BPHS projects are attending in provincial PEC and RH sub committee meeting regularly.
Responsible for monitoring of CME,CHNEP and BPHS related projects RH program in related projects.
As member of QA team responsible for f/up of quality services in CME,CHNEP and RH services in BPHS projects .
Responsible to frequent travel to ORGANIZATION field sites.
Responsible for evaluations of program staff in related section regarding the needs and quality service providing.
Attend all CME,CHNEP and RH taskforce meetings in central level and present the organization goals and objectives.

Responsible for Gender issue within organization and act as gender focal person for organization.
Do whatever related job is delegated by the line manager.
Assist on Preparation of the new program proposals
