Job Summary

RFQ/RFP/ITB Officer is responsible for managing different project quotations to perform Quotation, proposals analysis and preparation for existing customers
Prepare and submit to requestors, quotations for Current Customers pertaining to following requirements:
o New models
o Cost reduction to current models
o Upgrading and modification of current models

Duties & Responsibilities

Support all existing customers’ new product quotation activities and execute re-quote requests
Support team members in all quotation activities
Submit quotations of different projects
Handling different projects proposal
Work with Sales Team, and Engineering on resolving problematic lists, ambiguities and make reasonable assumptions to achieve cost targets.
Embark on projects to improve team’s efficiency and proficiency.
Provide guidance and training to team members to be proficient in quotation skills
Participate and represent RFQRFP/ITB in relevant meetings e.g. product launch, process improvement, system tools, etc
Day-to-day operations of RFQ/RFP/ITB Department
Run the Current Customers quotation activities, focus on New Customers and R and D quotation activities
Provide best quotation to the customers
Any other task which is related to the RFQ, RFP or ITB Department.

Job Requirements

High School or graduated
At least 2 years experience in RFQ/RFP/ITB field.
Strong verbally and written communications skills English, Pashto and Dari
Have strong knowledge of local market
Must have ability work under pressure and monthly target achievable
