Job Summary
Kabul Skyscraper Services “KSS” is hiring RTL (Regional Team Leader) .
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement regional sales strategy
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify new prospects and sales opportunities for the region
- Coordinate regional sales activities and ensure synergy with other activities within and outside the department
- Promote MTN MoMo brand visibility within the region with available resources
- Ensure distribution and effective usage of brand items and signage to dealers
- Liaise with Marketing to organize events and promotions towards improving awareness of the MTN brand
- Manage growth and profitability of the dealer community within the region
- Ensure targets of the dealerships are met
- Ensure dealerships receive necessary training required to maximize sales within the region
- Provide inputs into sales forecasting as regards reforecast and allocation
- Ensure correct distribution of stock among Master Agents and Agents
- Ensure optimum service levels achieved and maintained
- Provide communication link between MTN and the Master Agents in the region
- Oversee updated database of retail participants and monitor for integrity
- Ensure retail participants are equipped with knowledge of MTN products for seamless exchange with the ultimate consumers
- Ensure retailers provide positive subscriber experience at point of purchase
- Initiate trade promotional activities to achieve push and pull effects
- Implementation channel reward and recognition initiatives
- Anticipate staff needs, schedule personnel, and assign work accordingly
- Coaching and mentoring of direct reports to ensure staff motivation is high
- Ensure that the team is managed, motivated and rewarded to achieve key performance areas
- Identify staff training and development needs and implement necessary actions
- Maintain daily objectives and ensures work goals are met in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain performance and compliance obligations
- Promote productivity and safety through effective training and constant feedback to employees
- Recruit brand ambassador appointment
Job Requirements
Education:
- The position holder must possess a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or other relevant areas.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
Essentials:
- Fluency in local languages (Dari and Pashto) and good command on English skills both written and oral.
- Computer skill, Office package (working skill in Ms. Word and Ms. Excel is must).
- Good communication skills and strong understanding.
- Flexible in working with various conditions including accepting the shift rotations as proposes by MTNA from time to time.
