Job Summary

Sales Agent - Indirect Sales (Casual) - Nimrooz with Etisalat Afghanistan.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned territories, including Extended Direct Sales (EDS) agents, sales points, and outlets, ensuring effective sales performance and service quality across these channels.

• Ensure that all extended direct sales channels maintain high standards of service and sales practices, meeting Etisalat's quality guidelines.

• Provide ongoing training and support to staff and partners, ensuring in-depth product knowledge and operational efficiency, particularly related to SIM card registration and sales procedures.

• Ensure proper documentation and inventory management by EDS, including sales records, stock levels, and other necessary paperwork.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to line manager, detailing performance metrics for distributors, outlets, EDS representatives, and voucher dealers.

• Conduct regular visits to assigned areas, including EDS locations, outlets, express shops, and retailers, to ensure consistent product availability and visibility of Etisalat marketing materials, preventing any stock shortages.

• Ensure all required documents and reports are submitted on time within the established KPIs for EDS, outlets, express shops, and retailers in the assigned areas.

• Continuously update and educate EDS agents, dealers, and retailers on new product offerings, company policies, and operational procedures.

• Actively identify and onboard new EDS Express Shops, outlets, and retailers to enhance product acquisition, revenue generation, and stock availability, ensuring steady supply to all dealers and retailers.

• Focus on expanding and developing sales in rural areas, turning previously non-profitable sites into profitable ventures by increasing Etisalat’s presence and customer acquisition.

• Ensure adherence to Etisalat’s policies and procedures regarding SIM card registration, maintaining a high standard of compliance across all channels.

• Promote the enrollment of DRM limited users in the region, aiming to increase the number of users and drive higher VAS (Value Added Services) transactions and overall revenue.

• Focus on expanding the E-Top Up business within the region, increasing digital top-up transactions and overall business growth.

• Provide timely and actionable insights on competitor activities and market movements to help adapt and refine strategies for business growth.

Job Requirements

High School with 1 Year of experience.
