PEASO (Protection of Environment, Agricultural Sptil Sertaring Organization), is a nongovernmental and non-profit organization that is one of the most active and popular women support agencies in Afghanistan. Established in April 2009 by a group of active and well-known Afghan women, the organization is registered with Ministry of Planning, No – (1854). PEASO implements projects based on the needs of the community that are requested by the community. Numerous women and children that participated in PEASO projects are self-reliant today. They are currently employed by organizations or are self employed, allowing them to earn a living for their families.

Job Summary

We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Maintain a fully stocked store

Ascertain customers’ needs and wants

Recommend and display items that match customer needs

Welcome and greet customers

Manage point-of-sale processes

Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments

Keep up to date with product information

Accurately describe product features and benefits

Follow all companies policies and procedures
