Job Summary

  •  Act as a point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries, providing information, and directing clients to appropriate sales representatives.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of sales tasks and projects from inception to delivery in a
  • Timely and professional manner ensuring compliance and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Monitor the progress of sales tasks and projects; communicate updates to clients and sales department ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Identify potential risks that could impact project implementation; provide recommendations for necessary risk mitigation measures when and where they are deemed essential.
  •  Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify potential leads, market trends, and opportunities for potentially improving sales performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and market conditions to support sales department


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Setup meetings with potential clients and to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on product and services
  • Create frequent reviews and report with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availabilities of stock for sales and demonstration
  • Being able to communicate with clients through emails in English, Persian and Pashto

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant position Should  be able to solve IT problems in office
  • Fluency in Dari, Pashto and English both written and spoken Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under the pressure and be sufficiently flexible in working hours Installation / Maintenance experience
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, commitment to transparency Ability to learn quickly, strong self-training
  • Proficient knowledge / qualification in software package
