Job Summary

Sales officers are executives that work with companies' sales teams to determine the best strategies to increase customer purchases. They assist higher management in developing reasonable sales goals, oversee the activities of sales employees, and collaborate with marketing teams to expand brand presence.

Duties & Responsibilities

·       Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accommodations.

·     Plan routes, itineraries, and accommodation details, and compute fares using ticketing systems.

·       Providing the best quotation and routs to the clients, companies and agencies.

·       Selling the company product and services.

·       Evaluating and developing ticketing portal fares and flights.

·       Deals with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations.

·       Answering client queries about product specifications.

·       Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers, agents, companies.

·       Building and maintaining relationship with customers.

·       Develop and manage all internal communication systems with customers.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Economics, business, commerce, and/or related fields.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto languages.

·       proficiency in the use of MS office, internet, etc.   

·       Proven work experience in sales.

·       Communication and reporting skills.

·       Good understanding of ticketing on GDS/online systems.

·       Ability to work efficiently maintaining high quality and accuracy.

·       Understanding of the inter-relationship different business disciplines.
