Job Summary

We are seeking for qualified experienced sales Executive in All 34 provinces of Afghanistan to achieve our Sales goals and objective. Sales Executive will be responsible for daily sales visit, including finding new distributors and achieving monthly sales target 

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist sales manager

Find new distributor for the company in order to increase sales revenue (Monthly target will be given)

Tracking daily sales and providing sales track reports on a daily basis to the Sales Manager.

Achieving daily sales visit target

Follow up for distributors and achieve distributor target

Assist each distributor and provide them with the feedback

Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

Achieve daily, weekly and Monthly Sales Target of the assigned area

Visiting new retailers (Target Letter will be assigned)

Daily follow up for new distributors and customers 

Providing competitors activities report on weekly basis including, update sales commission report, no of total active distributors

Attending daily sales meeting and report minutes of meeting on a daily or weekly basis as needed

Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

To visit new distributors and achieve the assigned target

Daily field visit and search for new distributors/retailers

Any other task will be assigned by the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor degree from recognized university 

1 - 2 years sales experience with national or international organization

:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred. Proven sales experience. Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.


- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Package

- Customer relationship management 

- Language skill including, Dari Pashto and English
