Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Executive is service providing position devoted to render the telecom services to the Mobile Network Operator customers keep and maintain the BOLORO standard, BOLORO Afghanistan is looking for professional incumbent. who can sell the products, solve the customer problem, educate them about the new offers use the Cross selling an up-selling method.
Duties & Responsibilities
- He / she will carry the responsibility of aligning the franchisee activities according to BOLORO shop policies.
- Ensuring the business is done in accordance with MNO’s policies, law and country regulations.
- The incumbent will be the primary POC in between the BOLORO HQ and related shop.
- The incumbent is the responsible person to follow up with MNOs in terms of new SIM request or initiating new order if the stock is almost reached to 25% for the product deal in.
- He / She will promote the shop in its local area through conducting effective marketing campaign.
- He / She will have the target to grow eTop up sales through B2B channel in the assigned territory.
- recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff if needed
- Overviewing and considering budgets.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records/Daily, weekly & monthly
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Overseeing pricing and stock control. At the shop and in the retail levels.
- Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, and motivating staff to do so.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Preparing promotional materials and displays.
- Liaising with head office.
- The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, he/she should also demonstrate and possess high communication skill and ability to work collaboratively with other team members this position owner will report to GM sales.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Greeting and directing customers.
- Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) to customers through shop executives.
- Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services, in case shop executive is not able to respond.
- Check the doubtful KYC customers are providing the acquire SIM, or customers visits to get SIM replacement.
- strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of business administration, economics or other relevant
