Job Summary

The primary goal of Sales & Marketing Manager position is to identify new customers and prospects by arranging, participating, training/ development and planning for increasing sales level and finding more profitable markets. The business development and sales marketing officer will continually participate in internal and external business activities of the company and enhance its level of productivity. The position holder will make influential and persuasive planning, pitches and approaches to attract and convince new customers. Furthermore, he/she will continually provide support to existing and new customers to enhance and strengthen relationships. Marketing Manager will also work closely with senior level managers, other technical and marketing team by presenting new solutions and strategic planning.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  2. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  3. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  4. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  5. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  6. Creating the Sales funnel.
  7. Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients
  8. Positioning the company products in market.
  9. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  10. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  11. Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and target market for products and services.
  12. Strong knowledge and experience in analysis of RFP, RFQ, EOI, TENDER NOTICES.
  13. Write proposals, concept notes and quotations for different clients` requirements and maintaining track record of Sales & Leads’ funnel.
  14. Set and enforce company standards policies for operations and quality of service.
  15. Develop and implement strategies effective for the extensive sales and awareness about company products.
  16. Monitor the industry and competitors to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordingly.
  17. Communicate with clients to identify their product/service requirements and facilitate supply.
  18. Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response to client enquiries and also in assisting with the resolution of customer issues or complaints
  19. Apply understanding of market trends/business practices in taking decisions necessary for enhancing the sales process
  20. Ensure compliance with customer service standards, Speed of Service Delivery and proper customer relationship management.
  21. Manage and update the pipeline on regular basis
  22. Any other tasks which might be assigned.

Job Requirements

Graduated from Business Administration management specialized in marketing

Functional area: sales and marketing.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate professionally in all levels of organization.

Good command on local and English languages.

Product designing, Marketing and Account management skills.

Develop professional business relationships with clients.

Effective presentation and training skills.

Good computer literacy and typing skills in Dari, Pashto and English.

Disciplined, committed and self-motivated.

Flexible and manage jobs with strict working hours.
