Job Title: Sales Agent – HesabPay
Job Summary:
HesabPay is looking for a dynamic Sales Agent to grow HesabPay’s network by onboarding merchants, agents, and customers to our electronic payment solutions. Responsibilities include registering clients, distributing mPOS machines and Afpay cards, facilitating MNO top-up sales, and collaborating with marketing on promotional strategies. Strong communication skills and a passion for expanding our customer base are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new merchants and agents to the HesabPay platform.
• Distribute and assign mPOS (mobile point of sale) machines to registered merchants and agents.
• Provide guidance on the proper use and functionality of the mPOS devices.
• Assign HesabPay Afpay cards to merchants, agents, and customers.
• Ensure that the cards are activated and properly linked to the users' accounts.
• Recruit and onboard agents responsible for selling top-up services for mobile network operators (MNOs).
• Facilitate the sale and distribution of mobile top-up.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, including client interactions and product distributions.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Address customer questions and concerns, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients on how to use the HesabPay platform effectively.
Qualifications:
· Education: High School diploma and bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development, preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
· Basic technical understanding of mobile and electronic payment systems is an advantage.
Salary will be commission-based.
