Ankabut ISP is a well-established internet service provider that has been operating in Afghanistan since 2014. Over the years, we have grown steadily and developed an extensive network infrastructure that covers 34 provinces of Afghanistan. With a dedicated team of over 100 professionals, we have successfully obtained licenses for FTTH, fiber metropolitan networks, wireless, and microwave services from ATRA (Afghanistan Telecom Regulatory Authority).

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on selling our internet services to small and medium businesses (SMEs) and regular customers in Afghanistan. The ideal candidate will be driven to find new customers, build lasting relationships, and help grow our business.

Duties & Responsibilities

·     Look for new business opportunities in the SME and Mass Market segments.

·     Contact potential customers, generate leads, and make sales calls.

·     Understand customer needs and offer the right internet services to meet those needs.

·     Keep track of sales activities and progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful closure of deals.

·     Close sales and meet sales targets regularly.

·     Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.

·     Help customers with any service issues and make sure they are satisfied.

·     Follow up with customers regularly to ensure they are happy and look for opportunities to sell additional services.

·     Stay updated on what competitors are doing and understand market trends.

·     Provide feedback to the team about customer needs and possible improvements in our services.

·     Keep accurate records of sales and customer information in the company system.

·     Prepare regular (daily, Weekly and Monthly) reports on sales progress.

·     Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to help achieve sales goals.

·     Collaborate with technical and support teams to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

• Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in telecommunications or internet services.
• Previous experience in selling to small businesses or the general public is a plus.
• Skills:
• Good knowledge of the Afghan market and small businesses.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of internet services and products.
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
