Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Officer/Marketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting our real estate offerings.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property dealers and owners within the city to foster business connections.
• Find and actively participate in business exhibitions to promote our real estate offerings and engage with potential clients.
• Present available properties and properties under construction to exhibition participants and potential buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers and investors.
• Negotiate sales agreements and ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare and initiate marketing materials that effectively showcase our properties and services.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand the client base.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills of Pashto, Dari & English.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
