Job Summary

We are looking for skilled sales & marketing officers to provide first-class service to our clients and to push up the sales of a certain product.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a high level of communication with customers regarding the status of their order and other similar product.  
  • Analyze the connections requirements of existing customers and new customers. 
  • Liaise with customers to clarify customer requirements.  
  • Ensure that all relevant information has been gathered before quotations are requested from.
  • circuit suppliers, to meet agreed timescales.   
  • Handle queries from
  • customers and colleagues about the solutions identified and the costs involved. 
  • Maintain accurate and detailed.
  • records including input to the central database facility.
  • Support the team manager with other activities relating to queries from customers.       
  • Collect customer feedback for review by team manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.     
  • Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and sales related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.      
  • Good telephone manner.      
  • Ability to translate and communicate technical information so that it can be clearly understood by.
  • customers and colleagues.
  • Well organized with a methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet targets.
  • Able to analyze information and anticipate problems.   
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven experience of working within a team but with the ability to work independently.
