Proper storage of food and adherence to WFP distribution guidelines is mandatory.

Helpdesk facilitators must also ensure that priority is given to aged individuals, people with disabilities, and pregnant or lactating women. In cases where vulnerable households are not listed, they will register and refer them to the appropriate channels for further verification and assistance. The Focal Point is responsible for overseeing the proper implementation of distribution protocols, ensuring the smooth operation at the site, and coordinating closely with food distributors and helpdesk staff. The focal point must prioritize vulnerable groups, document unregistered households in need, and ensure that these cases are addressed in a timely manner.
  4. The M&E Officer will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating activities across all distribution points. This includes collecting and analyzing data, identifying issues in real-time, and reporting critical findings to ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in project implementation. The M&E Officer will also follow up on reports from the helpdesk and ensure that any gaps or complaints are addressed according to WFP standards.
