Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with engineering standards. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in project planning, coordination, and execution while liaising with contractors, architects, and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

·      Supervise all on-site activities including excavation, foundation, reinforcement and concrete pouring.

·      Ensure construction is in accordance with design drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.

·      Coordinate with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.

·      Monitor and control materials, equipment, and manpower usage on the site.

·      Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

·      Ensure adherence to safety standards and resolve technical issues on-site.

·      Maintain site documentation including work permits, site instructions, and quality control records.

·      Provide technical guidance to construction teams. 

·      Document project activities with photos, reports, and progress updates.

Job Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

·      At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction sector (telecommunication and infrastructure preferred).

·      Strong understanding of site supervision, technical drawings, and construction materials.

·      Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety protocols.

·      Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software.

·      Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

·      Fluency in English and Dari/Pashto.

Able to travel (Project Sites Across Afghanistan)
