Job Summary

The project manager (CONSTRUCTION) will be fully assign on the site, to monitor/assure the subcontractor to implement the project according client scope of works, design, drawings and time line.
The project manager should provide daily, weekly and monthly report to the HQ office.
The project manger should take care other similar tasks will be assigned by line manager

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise the whole sub employee workers daily works, make daily/weekly and monthly plan, organize meeting with Subcon, and client, discuss the critical execution points of the project with Client project Manager, execute the project as per SOW, drawing and specifications.
- Provide Daily report to head office
--Implement the project according to designated project time line and schedule.
-The project should be hand over or get approval of USACE representative/engineer.
-ontractually, commercially and technically responsible for the success of assigned projects.
- Systematically plans work, focusing on client and internal requirements and project objectives.
- Keeps close liaison and coordination with the Client and other stakeholders at site.
- Proactively ensures tracking and administering of scope changes and keeps the project management plan intact.
- Maintains Safety, Quality Assurance and Control.
- Establishes & monitors administrative procedures for the project.
- Keeps management informed on progress of project and budget.
- Ensures technically sound and achievable approach.
- Ensures project requirements are accurately defined, documented, and communicated to the project team.
- Defines and communicates organizational structure and individual responsibilities and authorities.
- Directly responsible for project execution and control of projects in accordance with contract requirements, project plans and the company’s established policies.
- Maintains Owner, Subcontractor & Vendor relations.
- Other activities as required from time to time.
-Atleast have 5 year experience in PM position with US Corps Engineeirng
-Any other task will be assigned through EBC top management

Job Requirements

At least 3 to 3 experiences with US Corps of Engineering Project as Project Manager. Graduated from one of accrediate university of Afghanistan.
Very well knowledge of construction quality management, safety, construction codes and etc.
and etc.
Have good command of English Language both written and spoken Computer Literate (MS office, emailing and engineering soft wares)

Should be able to communicate effectively in English and the local languages.
Able to work in individual or as part of a team.
Reliable, Honest, Transparent; Commitment for hard work & exceptional work ethics
