Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and support overall marketing objectives. This role requires a passion for social media, a deep understanding of various platforms, and a knack for crafting compelling content.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
  2. Content Creation: Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including written, visual, and multimedia content.
  3. Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  4. Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost brand awareness and audience growth.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and derive insights for continuous improvement.
  7. Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing strategies and initiatives.


Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  3. Familiarity with popular social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  6. Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
