• Participate in surveying of LIAP target groups’ selection and design Groups TNA training need assessment with collaboration of her/his supervisor.
• Work with commitment to develop the Knowledge skills and attitude of LIAP groups’ members.
• Explain the Vision, mission, goal and objectives for the groups.
• Facilitate PRA/PLA tools and techniques to identify the problems, issues, challenges and propose suitable ways of solutions.
• Prepare training work plan for life improvement action plan LIAP project in coordination with her/his supervisor and other stakeholders.
• Assess training needs and deliver training of capacity building to LIAP’s group’s members.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of LIAP Groups and related capacity building initiatives.
• Coordinate with other LIAP’s groups at district levels to ensure training and development activities are meet the current and future needs of Groups.
• Ensure progress and development activities are consistent with NABDP targets, strategies, with the standard of phase III livelihood improvements.
• Prepare bi-weekly and monthly project progress report.
• Perform other official duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Qualification, Experience, and Job-related Competencies
• Residence in Pughman and char Asyab districts to have close contact with LIAP groups
• High school Graduated as must, university degree would be an asset.
• Knowledge of the facilitation skills /PRA tools and techniques.
• Years of experience in conducting community development training
• Ability to handle large volume of work, both in office and in the field.
• Ability to establish good working relations with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to coach, mentor and enhance staff and local people skills.
• Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.
• Willing and ability to travel to another districts and communities as required.
Reporting Line:
The Social Mobilizers will be responsible to the Community Development Officers in Capacity Building unit of Community Empowerment Component.
