To ensure the implementation of SQUEAC evaluation in partnership with local implementer of nutrition and health basic services in Afghanistan
Mission 1: Preparation of the SQUEAC evaluations.
Participate with the program manager in defining the planning of SQUEAC to be performed.
Support partners in identifying/recruiting their SQUEAC teams to ensure appropriate profile participate.
Mission 2: Assist in organization of the 5 SQUEAC evaluations, for each of them:
Ensure that adequate information regarding geography, population and general situation are collected.
Consolidate routine programme data (qualitative and quantitative) and oversee the collection of new data/information for analysis.
Ensure that questionnaires are elaborated/updated, agreed on and translated to local language.
Ensure that timeframe, planning, training plan, and necessary materials are adequate and available.
Assist in ensuring adequate training of evaluation team.
Mission 3: Supervision of field data collection for analysis for 5 SQUEAC evaluations, for each of them:
Assist in supervision of stage 2 and stage 3 data collection, ensuring quality check through daily checks where possible, to support the findings of the investigation and estimate overall coverage
Assist SQUEAC Manager in data analysis
Mission 4: Write the SQUEAC evaluation’s final reports for 5 SQUEAC evaluations, for each of them:
Assist in writing of reports, including methodology, results, analysis of results, conclusion and recommendations in terms of program implementation.
Assist in the production of capitalization report compiling the 5 SQUEAC experiences, including lessons learnt and recommendations for future capacity development in country.
Mission 5: ensure internal coordination and external representation
Assist in monthly Activity Progress Report in collaboration with Program Manager and surveillance HoD/DHoD.
Participate in restitution workshop to present the project lessons learnt and recommendations to external nutrition stakeholders at the end of the project.
Participate in logistic and administrative management of the project. For the SQUEAC component: ensure regular update of budget follow up and forecast, ensure monthly cash forecast, communicate the needs to the Program Manager and surveillance DHoD/HoD to ensure timely production of procurement requests and movement requests.
Ensure relevant security information is shared with security focal point in a timely manner.
Medical Doctor
A minimum of 2 years experiences in the field of Surveillance, Health and Nutrition, Specially on IMAM program
Good organization, Planning and reporting skills
Autonomous
Fluent English in speaking and writing
Good computer skill
Good team management and positive attitude
