Job Summary

Mission 1: Preparation of the SQUEAC evaluations.
Mission 2: Organization of the 4 SQUEAC evaluations, for each of them
Mission 3: Collect field data for correction and analysis for 4 SQUEAC evaluations, for each of them
Mission 4: Write the SQUEAC evaluation’s final reports for 4 SQUEAC evaluations, for each of them
Mission 5: ensure internal coordination and external representation

Duties & Responsibilities

Mission 1: Preparation of the SQUEAC evaluations.
 Participate with the program manager and his/her deputy in defining the planning of SQUEAC to be performed.
 Participate with the program manager and his/her deputy in defining the MoU with partners for SQUEAC to be performed.
 Support partners in identifying/recruiting their SQUEAC teams to ensure appropriate profile participate.

Mission 2: Organization of the 4 SQUEAC evaluations, for each of them
 Ensure that adequate information regarding geography, population and general situation are collected.
 Consolidate routine programme data (qualitative and quantitative) and oversee the collection of new data/information for analysis.
 Ensure that evaluation methodology is in line with the SQUEAC methodology.
 Ensure that questionnaires are elaborated/updated, agreed on and translated to local language.
 Ensure that timeframe, planning, training plan, and necessary materials are adequate and available.
 Ensure adequate training of evaluation team.
 Ensure evaluation is carried out correctly and is conforming to the chosen methodology and agreed timeframe.

Mission 3: Collect field data for correction and analysis for 4 SQUEAC evaluations, for each of them:
 Carry out stage 2 and stage 3 data collection to support the findings of the investigation and estimate overall coverage
 Supervise data collection and ensure quality through daily check when possible.
 To run appropriate analysis on the collected data.
 Prepare data and formulate conclusions on coverage situation to be included in final report.

Mission 4: Write the SQUEAC evaluation’s final reports for 4 SQUEAC evaluations, for each of them:
 To write a final report, including methodology, results, analysis of results, conclusion and recommendations in terms of program implementation.
 To present the reports to partners for endorsement prior dissemination.
 Produce capitalisation report compiling the 4 SQUEAC experience, including lessons learnt and recommendations for future capacity development in country.

Mission 5: ensure internal coordination and external representation
 Participate in monthly Activity Progress Report in collaboration with Program Manager.
 Participate in restitution workshop to present the project lessons learnt and recommendations to external nutrition stakeholders at the end of the project.
 Participate in logistic and administrative management of the project. For the SQUEAC component: ensure regular update of budget follow up and forecast, ensure monthly cash forecast, communicate the needs to the Program Manager to ensure timely production of procurement requests and movement requests.
 Ensure relevant security information are shared with security focal point in a timely manner

Job Requirements

 Medical Doctor
 A minimum of 2 years of experiences in the field of health and nutrition or related field.
 Good organization and planning skills
 Fluent English in speaking and writing
 Good computer skill
 Good team management and positive attitude
