Under the supervision of GDPDM Administration and Finance Head, the store-keeper is responsible for a) assisting in developing and maintaining policy and procedures for procurement of regular items b) monitor the maintenance and fuel consumption of vehicles, c) provide requirements for ordering and re-ordering of stationeries and expendable items.
1. Responsible for all assets of GDPDM, maintain and regularly update assets management tracking sheet.
2. Develop and maintain a proper filing system of all GDPDM assets documentations.
3. Organize the store room and personally responsible for all items of the store room.
4. Monitor the maintenance and fuel consumption of vehicles.
5. Assist in developing and maintaining policy and procedures for procurement of regular items e.g. stationery, project materials, furniture, office equipments, etc
6. Maintain stock, inventory and financial records for all expendable and non-expendable items.
7. The Stock keeper is responsible for the accountability of all property of GDPDM.
8. Ensure all tools, equipment and spare parts assigned to the store room is properly inventoried.
9. Provide requirements for ordering and re-ordering of stationeries and expendable items.
10. Ensures all tools and equipment are properly signed out and signed in by the user.
11. Work closely with Administration and Logistics team get acquainted and knowledgeable with all aspects of Administration functions of the program.
12. Ensure the office and compound are clean and maintained at a routine schedule
13. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Result Expected:
1. A proper system of record keeping executed.
2. Appropriate filling system initiated.
3. Good reporting mechanism established.
Qualifications required:
Minimum Requirement:
1. High School Graduate
2. Two years of Relevant experience.
3. Good Micro Soft Word and Excel skills.
4. Good written and spoken Dari skills.
