Job Summary

In support of the National Maintenance Strategy (NMS) in Afghanistan, we are seeking qualified Supply Chain Management and Maintenance Trainers and Mentors.

Duties & Responsibilities

In support of the National Maintenance Strategy (NMS) in Afghanistan, we are seeking qualified Supply Chain Management and Maintenance Trainers and Mentors.
The trainers and mentors will provide training to the ANDSF senior and management level logistics personnel and shoulder-to-shoulder training to the supply and warehouse support personnel utilizing the ANDSF supply system.
The purpose of Supply Chain Management Training and Mentoring (SCMTM) is to train and mentor senior logistics management personnel on supply chain management.
Supply chain management training and mentoring shall include but is not limited to: Maintenance supply support for repair operations and property accountability; Capturing vehicles, ground equipment and weapon information for accountability and maintenance support; ensuring all authorized equipment is on hand, repair parts are on a valid requisition or a redistribution order; managing equipment funding requirements and coordinating funds availability with supported organizational units and resource management activities; establishing and overseeing a command supply discipline program, including supply policies, processes, and procedures; executing, monitoring, and providing recommendations to the annual supply budget; developing, executing, and monitoring the redistribution of equipment, to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse; utilization of ANDSF supply system.

Job Requirements


Five years of experience in maintenance supply support Two years of experience in property accountability

One year of experience in maintenance supply mentoring

Good knowledge of English, Pashto and Dari.
