Job Summary

NETLINKS LTD is hiring Support Technician.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions to technical problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or specialized departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and software.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software for users.
  • Provide training and support to users on the effective use of technology.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Support Technician or in a similar technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common office software and productivity tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the ICT industry or a technology-focused environment.
