Job Summary

as below:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision of Project Manager in order to gather information
• Collect data and fill the questionnaires form according to specification from civilian
• Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures.
• Conduct focus group discussion in Mazar-e-Sharif
• Coordinate with other surveyor to fill and gather information with time and specifications
• Data input collected/ translation of analysis of data
• Analysis of collected data and process of questionnaires to final reporting
• Reporting the information to Kabul Head Office
• Any other duties assigned by Project Manager

Job Requirements

• High school graduate, University degree in relevant field is preferred
• At least 2 years of working experience as a surveyor in NGOs in Afghanistan
• Be able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Knowledge of resource and within team
• Knowledge of planning and data collection methods
• English fluency (spoken and written)
• Pashto and Dari fluency
• Computer literacy including MS Office, GIS, SPSS data base
