Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) is an international, non-profitable, non-governmental humanitarian relief organization with its head quarter in Birmingham, UK. It enjoys consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations and is a signatory to the Code of Conduct for International Red Cross and red Crescent Moments and NGOs in Disaster Relief. Islamic Relief has been working in Afghanistan for more than 23 years, providing emergency relief and implementing life-changing development projects for some of the most vulnerable people in the country. Islamic Relief set up our first Afghanistan office in 1999. Since then, IRA continued providing assistances in emergency relief, food security, livelihood, education, health, nutrition, shelter, orphan sponsorship, Ramadan and Qurbani programmes.
The Surveyor/distributor is responsible for the collection of information on the returnees, IDPs and host communities. Conduct door to door assessment surveys for profiling communities in the target locations. They will work closely with local stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, beneficiary identification, awareness, and coordination for Qurbani meat distribution activities. This is to clarify that the positions of Surveyor/Distributor are being recruited for inclusion in a roster. Candidates who are shortlisted and approved will be added to the roster and will be contacted based on project needs and availability.

· Regularly travel to the villages in the target districts of Bamiyan Province.
· Perform speedy assessments and door to door surveys in consultation with CDCs to select vulnerable recipients in compliance with the criteria in practice in Herat province.
· Work with communities to specify the most vulnerable populations in their communities.
· Develop strategies for reaching out to beneficiaries in rural communities.
· Maintain a database for the registered beneficiaries and community. ·
· Assure that the beneficiaries are chosen in line with the criteria for the program. ·
· Participate in the relevant training when needed.
· Taking photos/video clips of the beneficiaries during the survey when needed and entering the date into the Kobo/database after the assessment.
· Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in social science, BBA, Public Awareness, and another relevant field.
