About Ministry of Public Health

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) is tasked with a critical mandate; to deliver and promote sustainable and accessible health care services to the people of Afghanistan. Social and economic advancement can only be realized in a thriving and healthy society. The success of the MoPH is heavily driven in its ability to plan and use allocated resources effectively. Effective financial management is therefore critical for sustainable development and is the primary tool that translates the MoPH development strategies into noticeable outcomes or service delivery. Good governance and democratic accountability relies on transparent management of the MoPH budget. Therefore, ineffective financial management undermines the effectiveness and efficiency of development interventions and hinders the country’s progress towards improved and sustainable health care. MoPH finance directorate is going through a reform process and after reviewing the structure of finance directorates of other line ministries such as MRRD, MoE and MAIL, has proposed a new and standard structure that is approved by MoPH leadership, for this purpose MoPH needs a qualified staff for the mentioned position

Job Summary

رهبری و انسجام تمام خدمات اساسی صحی مربوطه مراقبت های صحی اولیه به سطح کشور به منظور کاهش در مرگ ومیر در بین مردم در تطابق با پالیسی ها و استراتیژی های وزارت صحت عامه .

 


Duties & Responsibilities

  1. تهیه و ترتیب پلان های کاری، آموزشی و نظارتی
  2. نظارت از کورس ها، ورکشاپ ها و سمینارها در ارتباط به آگاهی صحت روانی، صحت جامعه و چشم
  3. بررسی و نظارت از مواد های آموزشی، معلوماتی و ارتباطی در حالات اضطرار بخش های ولایتی
  4. اشتراک در برنامه های آموزشی حالات اضظرار جهت بلند بردن ظرفیت کاری در بخش مربوطه
  5. تهیه راپور های کاری ماهوار ،ربع وار و سالانه از فعالیت های ولایتی بخش های صحت روانی، صحت جامعه، مراقبت چشم، دهن و دندان و برنامه معلولیت و بازتوانی
  6. جمع آوری ارقام و معلومات مرکز و ولایات از بخش های مربوط
  7. سهم گیری فعال در کمپاین های تبلیغات صحی، کورسها و سیمینار های مربوط به سطح ولایات
  8. نظارت از تدویر تریننگ های پلان شده و همکاری تخیکی با ترینران ادارات تطبیق کننده در قسمت پیشبرد موثر تریننگ ها

9.     ترتیب راپور از سوپرویژن و نظارت و تقدیم آن به آمر بخش 


Job Requirements

. در جه تحصیل: فارغ التحصیل یکی از فاکولته های طبی شناخته شده   

2. تجارب لازم: داشتن تجربه کاری حداقل سه سال در بخش اداره، منجمنت وبخش صحت عامه.

3. تسلط با لسان های ملی و بلدیت به لسان انگلیسی.

4. داشتن مهارت در مدیریت ، آشنائی به پروگرام های MS Office در کمپیوتر .
