Job Summary
To aware from new designs and familiar with cutting of dresses in a professional way (Modern) for clients to improve their tailoring.
Duties & Responsibilities
1 Develop and agree work plans for the smooth running of tailoring training with Regional Manager.
2 Conduct needs assessment for tailoring training.
3 Train commercial tailors.
4 Train the trainers of family tailoring courses
5 Give feedback for all trainees.
6 Provide support and advice time to time to tailoring trainees.
7 Implementation of impacted and benefited teaching method.
8 Trying creation of friendly environment with beneficiaries.
9 Sharing of existed problem with Regional Manager.
10 Any other task assigned by Regional Manager.
Job Requirements
At least baccalaureate
Should be Tailor
