Job Summary

Tea Boy (Casual) with Etisalat Afghanistan

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides tea and coffee services for employees & visitors every day.

• Cleans and washes tearoom equipment on daily basis.

• Monitors the level of food items such as Sugar, milk, tea, coffee, and water cleaning items and requests line supervisor to order more as required.

• Places water bottles in the fridge to provide cold drinking water to employees on daily basis in summer.

• Responsible for carrying water gallons from outside to inside and to their floors.

• Monitors the dispensers in each department on daily basis to ensure water availability and replace the empty water gallons.

• Prepares tea, water, or coffee for the employees or guests while celebrating events, having meetings, or any other party.

• Prepares cakes or other refreshments in tea rooms while having an event.

• Coordinates with the supervisor when tea rooms require necessary equipment.

• Monitors washrooms daily in the early morning and in short gaps to sustain hygiene items’ availability.

• Coordinates and controls the weekly stock to run till the end of the week.

• Reheats the employees’ lunch in microwaves every day.

• Provides tissue papers to all employees on his floor.

• Any other assigned tasks by the line supervisor.

Job Requirements

High School Graduate with one year of relevant experience.
