About EQUALITY for peace and Democracy

Job Summary


Develop project action plan for all provinces in the center

Supervise and advice the staff in the center and provinces in development and realization of their projects action plan

Meet with government counterparts in the center and provinces and ensure their satisfaction with EPD activities

Visit EPD field of offices on regular basis and monitor implementation of provincial activities of EPD by field officers

Collect progress report from the center and province and prepare progress report for all projects related to human rights and peace and submit on regular basis to management

Lead the development of training materials and curriculum

Supervise professional translation of training materials from English to both Dari and Pashtu languages

Conduct training for trainers in Kabul and in the target provinces

Monitor delivery of training by trainers at the provincial level

Assist the provincial coordinators/trainers in development and delivery of their training schedules

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Requirements


Graduated from university with at least BA degree in the field of social sciences or any other relevant field

At least should have 3 years of working experience in the same field

Should have experience of developing training material and curriculum

Should be able to work under pressure and meet her deadlines

Should be fluent in Dari, Pashtu and English languages

Should have good command on computer

Should be able to travel to provinces where EPD is active
