Job Summary

The mission of the team leader - CSP (Customer Service Point) is to carry out coordination of customer concerns and queries among head offices and CSP’s to ensure the prevailing queries have been resolved.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Tasks:  


• Monitoring and controlling Faryab CSP staff.

• Provide administration and logistics support to CSP.

• Coordinate services for walk-in customers; address and resolve customer complaints/queries.

• Coordinate services such as change of SIM cards, registration, sales of new lines and etc for customers; 

• Coordinate reconnection and disconnection of clients' accounts; 

• Elicit sale of new or additional standard services through prescribed routes.

• Guide regional CSP staff on solving new and unclear issues.

• Training regional CSP staff on relevant tasks and issues.

• Getting and sending daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, Walk-in status and other reports

• Support regional CSP staff in the creation and termination of access to required systems.

• Dealing with IPF’s of relevant Regional CSP staff 

• Undertake other duties that are assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time

Job Requirements

Education: 

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent field


Experience: 

• 2 - 3 years contact / service centre experience 


Training: 

• Supervisory & Leadership training

• Introductory and intermediate telecoms training 

• Customer care training
