Job Summary

Setaragan Mutahed Trading, Logistics, and Financial Services Company is hiring Technical Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides assistance for the installation and use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology.
• Overseeing the network systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Assisting staff with technical problems and providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns.
• Maintaining the server systems, backups, and ensuring data integrity.
• Assist with Manager and act as customer service in technology environment.
• Communicate with Clients to define and resolve their issues.
• Provide reports from daily raised problems.
• Coordinate the technical problems of the service with telecom companies and clients.
• Monitor services and ensure from the smooth running of the service.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT.

Skills:

• Fluent at English and local lingual.
• Well communication skill.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Logical reasoning.
• Well issue solving skill.
• Problem analyze skill.
• A team player who demonstrates patience, flexibility and honesty.
• Be willing and able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required.
• A self-starter, who is able to plan and manage his own work, takes initiative and strives to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Professional knowledge of Networking and system administration (MCSE & CCNA Certified)
• Knowledge of managing the CMS portals
• Knowledge of telecommunication services (USSD, SMSC and Recharge)
