Job Summary

Afghan Cyber ISP/ICT Company is hiring  Technical Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Wireless Links Activations / CPE configuration etc. 

• PTP & PTMP installations / Configuration 

• Climbing on Tower

• IFL Cables Crimping such as RG-6 / RG-11 /RG-59 / RG 58 LMR-400 etc. 

• Cisco Router Configuration basics 

• Installation/ Formatting of PC’s Laptop, Desktops etc. 

• Knowledge of All operating windows 

•  Managing and configuring of LAN ( Local Area Network ) 

• Workgroup between the PCs

•  Printer installation and make it in workgroup for sharing 

•  Installation and updated the Anti-viruses software up to date

•  Installation & configuration of Wireless Routers, Access Points 

•  Networking of Cable Points for each PC based on requirement 

•  Assembling of computers 

•  Making Straight/Cross Over cables 

• Installation of PABX basic and port configuration 

• Installation and configuration of Wireless Router as DHCP 

• Connecting and installing simple network

• Involved in customer support services for link monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Monitoring & Trouble Shooting the ISP Clients.

• Customer Complain call record / online & field Support to customer.

• Installation of Sectors/ Aps and switches at ISP tower.

• Configuration of IP for customers.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience
