Job Summary

Tele Sales Agent is to drive sales growth by effectively engaging potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate logistics solutions. This role aims to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's revenue goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

·        Handle all customer service inquiries digitally (phone & Platforms) and physically only for female customers (women Branch)

·        Promoting MOAM and its portfolio within the assigned zone.

·        Regular sales visits to corporate and retail divisions.

·        Utilizing integrated marketing tactics and approaches for branding building and placement.

·        Achieving sales and marketing targets within the assigned zone.

·        Selling MOAM portfolio.

·        Reporting writing and KPI measurement.

·        Close coordination with MOAM HQ (Sales and Operations depts)

·        Finding and reporting marketing and sales intelligence.

Job Requirements

·        At least BBA.

·        Minimum industry (Logistics and Freight Forwarding) experience of 2 years.

·        Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth

·        Strong understanding of logistics and multimodal transportation.

·        Enough market insight from the assigned zone.

·        Excellent sales closer.
