Job Summary

Provides quality customer service to internal and external prospects. Initiates and implements corrective action as needed in order to insure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Prepares customer service summary reports. Co-ordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Process and maintain customer’s files.

Receive and follow up the issues of customers.

Attend the phone calls of customers.

Provide quality services to the customers in order to keep them satisfied.

Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.

Customer Interaction, Welcoming Customer (greeting customer with smile and confidence)

Achieving sales and service targets (monthly sales target and service, customer waiting time, complaint resolution and accurate information/on spot)

Attending the customer phone calls and follow up of their issues.

Job Requirements

High school Graduate or Diploma in business or any other relevant field.

Minimum 2 Years Work Experience.

Problem-solving skills

Organizing and prioritizing Skills.

Attention to details and accuracy.

Proficient in data entry and management.

Familiarity with control telephone operating systems.

Good communication skills in written and oral Dari, Pashto.

Knowledge of Computer and MS Office applications.

Develop friendly environment to get the job done.

Ability to work proactively and with high self-motivation.
